Vave Porsche Tournament Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility:

  The Vave Porsche Tournament ("Contest") is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Participants must have a Vave account to enter.

• Campaign Period:

  The Tournament lasts from 20 March 2024 (00:00 UTC) to 30 April 2024 (23:59 UTC).

• How to Enter:

  To participate, individuals must:

  • Leave their nickname in the comments under the pinned Tournament post.
  • Subscribe on Vave’s Twitter page.
  • Commence wagering on Vave slots games starting from March 20th until the end of April. The winner is the person with the largest number of bets and their total sum.

• Selection of Winners: 

  • All participants in the winners' grid on April 30th at 23:59 UTC who mark themselves on Twitter will be considered potential winners.
  • Failure to mark oneself on Twitter may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the next participant in line will be selected.
  • The winning accounts will be those with the highest combined total from all their slot bets. Subsequent winners will be selected in the same way, according to the number of bets and total amount.

• How to Enter:

  • Winners will be announced on Twitter and Vave's Discord channels.
  • Prizes will be directly deposited into the winners' Vave accounts. 
  • The car prize (Porsche 911, 2022) will be delivered anywhere in the world (with an exceptions for restricted regions: Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Singapore, Oman, North Korea, Yemen, Israel, New Zealand, DRC, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Brazil and few others). All taxes for its registration and winnings will be paid by the organizer. Alternatively, the winner may opt for a cryptocurrency equivalent of $100,000.
  • Cash prizes are contingent on random wager between 2-10x due to AML regulations.

  • The number of winners is 15, with the following prizes:

    1. 1st place – Car (Porsche 911) or $100,000 equivalent in cryptocurrency
    2. 2nd place – Rolex watch (Rolex C 41mm 2023)
    3. 3rd place – 1 Month in Bali 5-star resort
    4. 4th place – 2500 USDT

• General Conditions:

  • By participating in the Tournament, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.    
  • Vave reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Vave reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Tournament or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Participants agree that Vave may use their nickname and associated content for promotional purposes related to the Tournament.
  • Vave employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Tournament.

• Applicable Law:

  The Tournament and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao, without regard to conflict of law principles.
